A holistic Yoga practice aligns the body, mind, spirit and emotions. It can bring focus, calm, and resolution/ease to those looking for inner peace. In Kelly's yoga classes, individuals will learn breathing practices, meditation techniques, and details to the alignment in yoga postures that assist in reconnecting with Self. Creating an environment of "ease," class participants are encouraged to relax, release and let go creating space for personal growth. Instruction is available in both a class format and private sessions.
