With extensive experience leading staff development trainings, health education classes, college academic courses and women’s wellness retreats, I enjoy working with individuals and groups who yearn to be the best version of themselves. I create an environment of ease which allows participants to have an opportunity to reconnect with their true nature.
Communication is key to team success. As a DISC facilitator, I provide opportunities for team members to learn about their behavior style, and how it impacts their team success. This includes one on one coaching and group coaching opportunities.
With more than 25 years in the health and wellness field, Kelly has worked in a variety of settings including corporate, higher education, non-profit, medical, and fitness centers. Through her own life experience, Kelly’s personal journey allows her to practice deep empathy when working with others to find their way forward. Kelly, a native of Tennessee, is passionate about working with people to help them explore, expand and evolve into the best and healthiest versions of themselves.

As the Chair for Polk Wellness Professionals and a key player on the Polk Vision Worksite Wellness Team, I have had an opportunity to work directly with businesses and organizations in starting up and expanding their worksite wellness programs. My strategic approach includes working with corporations in assessing their worksite culture coupled with personal coaching and goal setting for all levels of management.
I am passionate about teaching others ways to create a life of health and happiness. As an educator most of my life, I present information in a way that engages others to approach self-care from the intuitive heart space.
I have been practicing yoga for 16 years and teaching for 14 years. What I love about sharing yoga with others is the potential for deep transformation that occurs even with just a simple daily practice.
Stress causes havoc on the body, mind, spirit and emotions resulting in a lack of concentration, poor decision making, decreased social skills and a lack of self-regulation. As a certified HeartMath® Certified Coach and Yoga Instructor, I support clients in a safe and holistic way offering experiences and tools that promote “shifting to a new way of being.”
