Our three days of self care include time relaxing in nature, practicing yoga, exploring mindful art-making, and trying your hand at Greek cuisine with like minded others. Breathe in the clean air while immersing yourself in your own healing.

Our $650 rate includes all meals, excluding Saturday evening, all of which will be home cooked Greek "Blue Zone" meals.

Lodging is also included at Airbnb's located close to Sweet Basil Farm.  Class size is limited to 10, and registration deadline is March 15. Please make us aware of any food allergies/requests.
