A private yoga session can be key in deepening one’s personal yoga practice. Whether the need is for stress reduction, yoga alignment coaching, or learning breathwork techniques, Kelly will customize a practice based on your personal goals.

Time: 6:00pm-7:00pm

What You Need:

  • 2-3 blankets

  • 2-3 pillows (or yoga bolster)

  • socks

  • small towel or washcloth to cover your face

  • comfortable clothes
