This NEW program is designed for women 50+ who are interested in building muscular strength & endurance, improving cardiovascular fitness, and enhancing flexibility, agility and balance.

The four week program is $100 ($25 per class) and will include the following:

  • 1 hour group workout each week 

  • Weekly motivational text/email (depending on your preference)

  • 30 minute video for home workouts

  • Free multipack resistance loops for home workouts

Classes are limited to 5 participants, and the program runs for 4 weeks. If you are interested, please reach out to me ASAP.
